Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS.
After your order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Orders are shipped within 2 business days and come with a tracking number.

Transit Time

Once shipped, most packages take 2-5 days to arrive. It may take longer during holidays or other busy times of year.

If your package hasn't arrived after 7 business days, or if it shows that it was delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact your local post office with your tracking number. If they can't help you, please contact Twisted Finesse and we'll do our best to sort it out for you.

Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return part or all of the items in the order for a refund. We do have a few guidelines:

• Item must be brand new and unworn.
• It's been less than 30 days since the order arrived.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• You must email us when you send the return, with a tracking number and items included.
• Only the cost of the items return will be refunded. Shipping, gift wrapping, etc. will not be refunded.
